About Us


Founded in New Orleans by Bill and Melissa Legier and their son Billy in 2003 de la Tour began with the acquisition of industrial investment properties followed by the acquisition and development of retail and residential mixed-use properties throughout the New Orleans metropolitan. It then expanded its footprint to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and northern Mississippi markets. Our properties include those with coveted awards for historic restoration.
